The following terms & conditions apply to all writing projects that BrevityTexts.com undertakes (henceforth mentioned as ‘we’ or ‘our.’)
OUR GUARANTEES
- The copy we produce is original, not copied from other sources, as indicated by Grammarly Pro. We usually include a screenshot at the end of the writeup to indicate this.
- We also ensure that the copies are as free from grammatical and spelling errors as possible. You may see this confirmed by another screenshot at the end of the copy, indicating the ‘marks’ given by Grammarly Pro.
- When your payment has cleared, you own the copy. You can use it in as much material as you choose. We do not resell the copy elsewhere.
HOW WE WORK
- We will produce a copy to meet the requirements of your brief. We consider a ‘brief’ as (but not limited to):
- Article title
- Indication of whether they are response posts (1,000 – 1,500 words), staple posts (2,000 – 2,500 words), or pillar posts (3,000+ words.)
- Additional instructions you may have.
- If your brief requires more time to complete on our end, we may request a revised rate, which we will discuss with you before we start the writing work.
- We may communicate with you during drafting via email or P24 forum messages. We advise you to check these channels frequently. We prefer email.
- The work progress is usually detailed in an order spreadsheet (sample here), where you can view the article titles you have requested and also other relevant details. You can also add article titles and your brief to the spreadsheet’s relevant areas.
- If your brief includes a word limit, we may cross it if we think it can help us to deliver a better copy. However, we try not to exceed over 35% of your word limit. If we do, we will check with you first.
- Upon completion of drafts, we may inform you via email or P24 forum messages. However, we advise you to check the order spreadsheet frequently.
- Each copy we produce is given three drafts and two edits. This means you may request editing on the drafts up to two times, and we may produce the first, second, and final drafts for you.
- Each additional round of editing requests beyond the first two will be subjected to a $20 editing fee. We may ask for this before commencing with additional editing work.
- If you change your brief mid-project, we may charge additional fees.
- Please note that these additional rates reflect the time needed to ensure the copy fulfills your requirements.
- It is up to you to ensure the copy does not infringe upon existing copyrights.
- We may do our best on the fact-checking on our end, but we advise you to fact-check the copy for accuracy.
- We currently accept payment only via Paypal. Please request if you need invoices issued.
- Asking BrevityTexts.com to proceed with drafting is regarded as accepting all these terms and conditions.
- We may update the terms and conditions as we see fit. When we do so, we may try to update you. However, we advise you to check these terms and conditions from time to time.
- For contractual work, the agreement would be based on what was signed on the contract, and may supersede this terms of service. For anything not covered in the agreement, this terms of service will be used.
